We are ProperIT Consulting, based in Bad Schwalbach, Germany. We build software for businesses that want their work to run better, bringing AI and Microsoft 365 together. It starts with a conversation about your day-to-day work.

The questions in business software are connected. Where is the current version of a document? Who can read it? What happens after an approval? Building an assistant for these tasks means understanding the information and the processes around it.

That is why AI and Microsoft 365 belong together in our work. We develop the data structure, the connections and the application. Beyond the first demonstration, you need to know how the solution will be maintained and developed.

    We start with a defined use case and an outcome you can assess. Scope, assumptions and limits are agreed in writing before implementation begins.

    No handover to rotating teams. You have the same technical contact throughout — for questions, status and decisions.

  3. Documentation and handover

    You end up holding the source code, the configuration and the documentation. Whether you carry on yourself or keep us involved is entirely your call.
